Vintage & Burlap
I love the rustic look of this cake, and the burlap flower just completes it. I thought it would be a lot easier to make it because there is no fondant, just buttercream, but it turned out to be more of a challenge than I thought it would. I had a few issues and it was definitely a learning experience, but I love how it looked and boy was it tasty! Vanilla cake with a chocolate raspberry filling, covered in vanilla buttercream... YUM :)

Wedding Dress Cake
Here is my second wedding cake. The wedding reception for this one was the day after my first wedding cake, so it was a little stressful trying to get two wedding cakes done at the same time! This one was more challenging than the first because there was more for me figure out, like how to get the giant fondant bow to stay on the cake, and how to get the fondant lace to look good. I learned a lot from making this cake, and I love how it turned out. These are the only pictures I have of it at the moment, but I will try to post one of it as it was displayed at the reception later :)
Polka Dot Wedding Cake
This is my first official wedding cake! I wasn't sure how a polka dot wedding cake would look, but I really like how it turned out. It was definitely a challenge, this being the largest cake I've ever made, but it was so fun and so rewarding to see the finished product!

BBQ Birthday
I threw a BBQ birthday party for my husband, and this is the cake I made for him. The burger and hot dogs are my favorite parts of it, and were so fun to make. The grill is spaghetti painted with edible metallic spray paint. Happy Birthday Matt!
Cake For Dad
My dad's favorite... Carrot cake! It's not the most creative cake ever, but I think it turned out nicely and it was so yummy!
